Light weights and bands don't provide enough stimulus for muscle and bone growth. You need the right intensity. Bolder STRONG 12-Week Strength Training , Cardio & Mobility Program 12-Weeks of workouts - each week contains a carefully planned mix of Strength, Cardio Intervals and Mobility workouts and Recovery - designed especially for the needs of midlife women over 40.  Full length video workouts you do along with me.                                4 or 5 days a week, only 20-40 minutes a day.
